Perencanaan yang matang memang mutlak diperlukan dalam mengelola bisnis apapun, termasuk bisnis\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>. Tidak hanya berperan dalam mengoperasikan bisnis, sebuah planning yang jelas juga akan ikut menentukan kesuksesan bisnis\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>\u00a0di masa yang akan datang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tidak memanfaatkan peluang yang ada<\/strong>. Sebagai seorang pebisnis, Anda wajib memiliki rasa peka terhadap kondisi sekitar. Termasuk peka dalam melihat peluang yang ada. Peluang tersebut bentuknya bisa berbagai macam. Mulai dari kerja sama dengan pebisnis lain, permintaan pasar dan konsumen, dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Konsep yang tidak jelas<\/strong>. Setiap pebisnis memang boleh saja meniru startup lain yang sudah lebih dulu ada, namun jangan lupa untuk memastikan Anda juga memiliki ide yang segar, orisinal, dan tentu saja dapat memenuhi selera pasar dengan baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Memiliki sikap mudah menyerah<\/strong>. Matinya satu bisnis\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>\u00a0dapat diikuti dengan tumbuhnya seribu bisnis\u00a0<em>startup<\/em>\u00a0yang baru. Memiliki sikap mudah menyerah hanya karena ada satu dua problem (baik internal maupun eksternal) tentu saja bukan merupakan keputusan yang
