Pengetahuan bisnis ini di antaranya tentang bagaimana memulai bisnis, membuat rencana sederhana,\u00a0merancang marketing yang tepat,\u00a0<em>branding<\/em>, pengemasan, distribusi produk, hingga hal yang sederhana dan administrasi perusahaan. Sering kali para pebisnis pemula tidak memiliki banyak pengetahuan tentang dasar-dasar pengetahuan bisnis. Padahal ini merupakan investasi utama yang sangat berharga untuk keberlangsungan bisnis. Sumber pengetahuan sebenarnya mudah untuk didapatkan. Bisa dengan mengikuti seminar bisnis atau forum pengusaha muda, atau mengakses informasi melalui internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Membangun serta memperluas pasar distribusi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak faktor penentu apakah suatu produk atau jasa akan laris di pasaran atau tidak. Faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi laku atau tidaknya sebuah produk bergantung pada lokasi tempat berjualan dan distribusi produk hingga sampai ke konsumen. Sering kali kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pengusaha kecil adalah keterbatasan modal untuk membuka toko sendiri atau melakukan distribusi agar produk dapat dilihat dan dibeli oleh konsumen. Keterbatasan ini dapat ditangani dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet yang semakin canggih. Para pebisnis pemula juga harus mengembangkan pemasaran dan branding secara online ke semua media sosial dan media pemasaran internet, termasuk menggunakan\u00a0<em>platform<\/em>\u00a0toko\u00a0<em>online<\/em>. Dengan begitu, maka pemasaran produk dapat dilakukan tanpa batasan geografis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Mengelola modal dengan manajemen cash flow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengawali sebuah bisnis memang membutuhkan modal dan investasi. Agar bisnis terus berjalan dan berkembang, modal pun harus dikelola secara baik. Sebaiknya para pebisnis pemula memiliki modal sendiri untuk mendanai bisnis yang dijalankan. Namun, ada saat tertentu dimana pinjaman benar-benar dibutuhkan. Manajemen keuangan yang baik adalah dengan\u00a0berfokus pada penjualan\u00a0dan bagaimana menerapkan\u00a0<em>cash flow<\/em>\u00a0secara tepat.
