Dalam sebuah perusahaan, manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu fungsi yang fokus pada kegiatan rekrutmen, pengelolaan, dan pengarahan karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staffing (Keanggotaan)<\/strong>. Dalam fungsi MSDM untuk mengatur keanggotaan organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki tiga kegiatan utama. Yaitu perencanaan (planning), penarikan (recruiting), dan seleksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performance Evaluation (Evaluasi Kinerja)<\/strong>. Fungsi ini meliputi penilaian dan evaluasi terkait kinerja yang diberikan selama periode tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation (Kompensasi)<\/strong>. Setelah menyelesaikan kewajibannya, karyawan berhak mendapatkan kompensasi yang layak dari perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training and Development (Pelatihan dan Pengembangan)<\/strong>. Karena berkaitan dengan SDM yang berkualitas, maka fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM)adalah melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personnel Research<\/strong>. Fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM)sebagai pencari solusi dari masalah yang terjadi atau personnel research. Masalah-masalah yang berhubungan dengan penyebab ketidakhadiran dan keterlambatan karyawan hingga ketidakpuasan tenaga kerja dapat dikumpulkan dan dianalisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumber: jurnal
