Perilaku ini bertujuan untuk memahami motivasi konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan terhadap produk tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manfaat dari perilaku konsumen dapat membantu perusahaan untuk menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sehingga menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipe-Tipe Perilaku Konsumen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Konsumen Loyal. Konsumen yang melakukan proses transaksional terhadap produk atau jasa Anda secara repetitif merupakan konsumen yang perlu Anda jaga dan pertahankan. Konsumen yang loyal biasanya sudah merasa\u00a0<em>attach<\/em>\u00a0dengan produk atau jasa yang Anda punya sehingga mereka akan sulit untuk melihat perusahaan lain.\u00a0<\/li><li>Konsumen Impulsif. Konsumen yang impulsif merupakan konsumen yang suka melakukan pencarian produk atau jasa tanpa tujuan yang jelas dan pada akhirnya melakukan proses transaksional. Meskipun konsumen tipe ini tidak menentu, namun Anda bisa menjadikan konsumen yang impulsif sebagai potensi calon konsumen yang loyal.<\/li><li>Konsumen Tawar Menawar. Seperti namanya, konsumen tipe ini hanya akan melakukan proses transaksional berdasarkan penawaran terendah yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tipe konsumen seperti ini sangat kecil kemungkinannya untuk dapat dijadikan calon konsumen yang loyal.<\/li><li>Konsumen yang Melihat-lihat. Konsumen tipe ini hampir mirip dengan tipe konsumen yang impulsif. Tapi kemungkinan terjadinya proses transaksional sangatlah rendah karena konsumen tipe ini hanya suka untuk melihat-lihat produk atau jasa yang Anda tawarkan. Anda bisa menarik perhatian konsumen tipe ini dengan melakukan interaksi untuk memperkenalkan produk atau jasa Anda. Mereka akan mendengarkan dengan penuh seksama terhadap penjelasan dan penawaran Anda.<\/li><li>Konsumen berdasarkan Kebutuhan. Seperti namanya, konsumen tipe ini pada umumnya hanya membeli sesuatu berdasarkan apa yang mereka butuhkan. Namun, Anda masih bisa membangun minat beli mereka dengan melakukan interaksi.
