Dalam prosesnya strategi penentapan harga berlangsung penentuan tujuan, analisis situasi, pemilihan strategi, penentuan harga khusus dan kebijakan. Banyak bisnis menggunakan strategi penetapan harga untuk mencapai satu atau lebih tujuan. Selain itu ada dua kecenderungan dalam penggunaan harga sebagai variabel strategis. Pertama, bisnis merancang harga secara fleksibel untuk mengatasi perubahan dan ketidakpastian. Kedua, harga seringkali digunakan sebagai elemen strategis bisnis dan pemasaran secara aktif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pemberian Merek. <\/strong>Citra merek mampu membedakan produk kita dengan produk pesaing. Keunggulan bersaing pun tercipta dan merek yang dikenal konsumen mendorong terjadinya pembelian ulang. Sehingga, citra merek yang kuat adalah penting dalam keberadaannya. Berbagai strategi pemberian merek dapat dilakukan dalam upaya mendukung pembentukan citra merek. Strategi yang dimaksudkan diantaranya terdapat enam pilihan sebagai alternatif pemberian merek. Pertama, strategi tanpa identitas yang dilakukan dengan cara mengandalkan para grosir maupun pengecernya untuk mendorong konsumen. Kedua, Strategi merek sendiri,yaitu, dengan cara mengadakan perjanjian penempatan merek pada produk-produk yang dibuat. Strategi merek bisnis menjadi alternatif ketiga yang dilaksanakan dengan cara membangun identitas merek menggunakan nama bisnis sebagai identifikasi seluruh produk yang ditawarkan. Keempat, strategi lini produk yang menempatkan nama produk pada suatu lini produk berkaitan. Kelima, strategi merek khusus,yaitu, memperhatikan produk tertentu yang diproduksi dan atau produk yang sering dibeli konsumen. Terakhir, adalah strategi kombinasi yang tidak lain integrasi dari kelima strategi telah dikemukakan atau dengan kata lain menggunakan lebih dari satu strategi merek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategi Distribusi. <\/strong>Customers service melayani aktifitas-aktifitas permohonan spesifikasi produk, permohonan rincian, pemrosesan pembelian, penyelidikan status pesanan, dan layanan garansi. Satu permasalahan inti di dalamnya tidak lain koordinasi berbagai fungsi dimana atribut-atribut layanan konsumen tergantung pada jenis produk dan permintaan konsumen tertentu. Terlepas dari masalah tersebut, customers service mampu meningkatkan nilai produk bagi konsumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manajemen Waktu. <\/strong>Manajemen waktu adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan produktivitas waktu. Waktu menjadi salah satu sumber daya unjuk kerja.
