Perusahaan besar biasanya memiliki pertimbangan ketat untuk mengubah cara kerja ataupun berinovasi baru. Ketika sedang ada tren baru di pasaran, maka UMKM akan mudah menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan pasar saat itu.<\/li><li>Menggeluti bidang usaha sesuai minat. Dengan usaha yang sesuai dengan minat, maka biasanya pengerjaannya lebih sukarela daripada usaha yang terpaksa dilakukan.<\/li><li>Bebas menentukan harga. Tanpa harus melewati proses berbelit-belit, produk UMKM dan barang yang diperjualbelikan bebas ditentukan harganya.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kekurangan UMKM:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minim tenaga ahli dan terampil. Minimnya tenaga ahli dan terampil juga menjadikan analisis pasar UMKM cenderung mengikuti tren atau sekadar untuk menutupi kebutuhan rumah tangga pemilik usaha.<\/li><li>Manajemen tidak stabil. Minimnya tenaga kerja terampil biasanya menjadikan UMKM tidak memiliki manajemen yang stabil.<\/li><li>Persaingan yang kompetitif. Jika suatu usaha sedang tren naik di pasaran, biasanya akan muncul banyak usaha kecil serupa untuk menirunya.
