CRM yang didasarkan pada strategi yang telah ditentukan<\/li><li>Menentukan standar untuk mengukur keberhasilan penerapan CRM<\/li><li>Menentukan standar aturan dalam mengelola strategi berdasarkan informasi dari sistem CRM<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Proses-proses CRM meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Memperoleh Pelanggan Baru (Acquire)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berusaha untuk memberi kenyamanan pada pelanggan saat membeli produk tertentu yang mereka butuhkan dan memberikan kesan pertama yang sebaik mungkin pada para pelanggan agar mereka bisa memberikan penilaian yang positif terhadap produk kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menambah Nilai Pelanggan (Enchance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perusahaan harus bisa menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan para pelanggan dengan cara mendengarkan setiap komplain yang mereka sampaikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mempertahankan Pelanggan (Retain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selalu memberi pelayanan terbaik agar mereka tetap menaruh kepercayaan pada produk, menyediakan waktu untuk mendengarkan
