Bukan perihal mengenal dan mengetahui segala data tentang mereka, tetapi makna \u201cmengenal\u201d di tahap ini adalah mengidentifikasi, mengetahui dengan tepat, siapa saja pihak yang menjadi pendukung kelangsungan bisnis kita baik secara internal maupun secara eksternal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa jenis Customer: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelanggan Internal (Internal Customer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalah sekelompok orang atau individu yang berada dalam perusahaan dan memiliki pengaruh pada performa pekerjaan atau perusahaan kita. Contohnya; Bagian pembelian, Produksi, Penjualan, Pembayaran gaji, Rekruitmen dan Karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelanggan Antara (Intermediate Customer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalah pelanggan yang berperan sebagai perantara antara produsen dan konsumen. Mereka yang bertindak sebagai perantara, bukan sebagai pemakai akhir produk tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pelanggan Eksternal (External Customer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalah pembeli atau pemakai akhir produk tersebut, sering disebut sebagai pelanggan nyata (Real Customer).
