Padahal, motivasi sangat penting untuk membantu kita mencapai tujuan, memecahkan masalah, menghadapi tantangan, dan mengambil peluang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mencegah hal tersebut, beberapa cara berikut ini bisa kamu lakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi diri sendiri, diantaranya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tetapkan Tujuan<\/strong>. Tetapkan tujuan atau target yang ingin dicapai dalam hidup secara spesifik, jelas, objektif, dan realistis. Kemudian, tulis tujuan tersebut dalam buku agendamu, atau pada selembar kertas dan tempelkan di dinding kamar atau ruang kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Susun sebuah Rencana dengan\u00a0baik dan terarah<\/strong>. Buat rencana dan susun langkah-langkah untuk mencapai tujuanmu. Kamu bisa membaginya menjadi beberapa tugas kecil atau sederhana, dengan target yang bisa dicapai dalam jangka pendek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Berikan hadiah atau reward pada diri sendiri<\/strong>. Saat berhasil menyelesaikan tugas atau mencapai suatu target, hadiahi dirimu sendiri dengan sesuatu yang menyenangkan, bermanfaat, dan layak kamu dapatkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bersikap positif.
