Apalagi jika dia baru pertama kali terhubung dengan Anda. Bangunlah kepercayaan terlebih dahulu, dan buatlah dirinya nyaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sapa<\/strong>. Upayakan untuk terlebih dahulu menyapa calon pembeli, setidaknya bertanya\u00a0 domisili tempat tinggal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tanya<\/strong>. Coba untuk bertanya mengenai apa yang sedang dia butuhkan. Bangun obrolan sesantai mungkin. Gunakan emoticon yang dapat membantu membuat calon pembeli menikmati suasana obrolan. Ingat !! Tahapan ini, tahapan anda bertanya dan juga tahapan anda menggali kebutuhan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dengarkan\/Simak<\/strong>. Cek terlebih dahulu, mengapa dirinya belum melakukan repeat order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tanya.<\/strong> Ketika berhubungan dengan seorang pembeli yang sudah pernah membeli produk anda.
