{"id":5045,"date":"2022-12-17T04:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-17T04:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/womanpreneur-community.com\/blog\/?p=5045"},"modified":"2022-12-17T04:33:32","modified_gmt":"2022-12-17T04:33:32","slug":"tingkatkan-produk-umkm-tpl-bekerjasama-dengan-yayasan-doktor-sjahrir-dan-womanpreneur-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/womanpreneur-community.com\/blog\/tingkatkan-produk-umkm-tpl-bekerjasama-dengan-yayasan-doktor-sjahrir-dan-womanpreneur-community\/","title":{"rendered":"Tingkatkan Produk UMKM TPL Bekerjasama Dengan Yayasan Doktor Sjahrir dan Womanpreneur Community"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Toba, InfoPublik<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) bersama dengan Yayasan Doktor Sjahrir &amp; Womanpreneur Community kembali menggelar Pelatihan Inkubator Bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) selama 3 hari di Graha TPL, Desa Pangombusan, Kecamatan Parmaksian, Kabupaten Toba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelatihan berkala secara bertahap melalui webinar dan zoom, hingga terakhir Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pertemuan ini merupakan diskusi tatap muka sekaligus monitoring hasil dari bimbingan selama satu bulan terakhir juga merupakan lanjutan beberapa rangkaian pertemuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertemuan ini dihadiri oleh sebanyak 35 peserta, lebih sedikit dari bulan sebelumnya karena berfokus kepada pembinaan kepada masing-masing ketua dari berbagai bidang UMKM, sehingga mereka yang akan meneruskan ilmunya kepada anggota binaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ragil Imam Wibowo atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Chef Ragil menjadi salah satu pembicara dalam kegiatan ini. Chef Ragil memang bukanlah sosok baru di dunia kuliner Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelumnya, beliau pernah memberikan webinar pada tahun 2021 yang lalu untuk para UMKM binaan TPL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pelatihan kali ini, Chef Ragil membawakan materi tentang cara mengelola bahan makanan dengan baik, sehingga bisa memberikan cita rasa daerah yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia tertarik untuk melestarikan warisan kuliner Indonesia, khususnya menggunakan bahan-bahan lokal dan resep otentik. Menggabungkan metode memasak tradisional dengan presentasi modern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Saya lihat Toba memiliki bahan makanan yang cukup menarik seperti andaliman dan tomat yang bisa dipadu-padankan menghasilkan minuman yang unik dan segar,\u201d terang Chef Ragil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef Ragil menambahkan, pelatihan seperti ini harus sering diadakan. Peran TPL sebagai pihak swasta dengan mengadakan pelatihan ini menunjukkan kepedulian untuk membantu mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harapannya, UMKM binaan TPL bisa menjadi mandiri dan menghasilkan kuliner yang menjadi oleh-oleh khas Kabupaten Toba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Development (CD) Manager TPL, Ramida Siringoringo, menyampaikan, bahwa melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi dan kemampuan lebih kepada para pelaku UMKM terutama kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari produk-produknya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu melahirkan produk-produk berkualitas dan mampu bersaing dengan produk lainnya, kemudian mampu untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan yang baru kepada para UMKM binaan TPL,\u201d ujar Ramida, Kamis (20\/10\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah para pelaku UMKM terasah dengan pelatihan ini, kelak diharapkan dapat memicu munculnya pelaku usaha yang memiliki mental tangguh dan siap untuk menyambut wisatawan di berbagai event di wilayah Danau Toba sekitar sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata super prioritas di Indonesia.
