Dalam dunia wirausaha, khususnya usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), perempuan bahkan memiliki peran yang tak bisa disepelekan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perempuan dianggap mampu dalam berusaha karena terampil dalam menyeimbangkan kehidupan pribadi dan kerja mereka, seperti pengaturan waktu yang baik antara kerja dan rumah tangga dan mampu melakukan beberapa hal dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Hal lain yang juga dianggap menguntungkan adalah karena perempuan&nbsp;lebih terbuka berbicara tentang ketakutan dan tantangan yang mereka hadapi, serta tidak takut berbagi kegagalan karena bermaksud mendapatkan masukan dari orang lain dan untuk berbagi pengalaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan motivasi terbesar perempuan tergerak untuk melakukan usaha (62,4%), maka hal ini menunjukkan bagaimana sifat
