Melalui pilar Sumber Daya Manusia, pihaknya berkomitmen untuk memberdayakan masyarakat termasuk perempuan di sekitar areal operasional APP Sinar Mas dan pemasoknya, hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan global dan nasional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMelalui kegiatan ini para pelaku UMKM diharapkan&nbsp; mendapat tambahan pengetahuan &amp; keahlian, sehingga berdampak terhadap pengembangan usahanya nanti.&#8221; kata Sera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program kerja sama inkubasi bisnis ini, merupakan program tahap kedua, setiap tahap dilakukan 4 kali pertemuan. Kegiatan inu sebagai upaya APP Sinar Mas meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat. Program inkubasi bisnis kali ini, akan berlangsung selama tiga bulan, dari Mei hingga Juli 2023, dengan 50 peserta UMKM binaan mill dan program DMPA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut dia, peserta akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar mengenai proses produksi, pengembangan dan diversifikasi produk, manajemen, penguatan kelompok, literasi keuangan, hingga pemasaran hasil. Program ini akan berlangsung secara online dan pertemuan langsung dengan peserta di Propinsi Riau nantinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Sejak bergabung dengan program ini, saya berhasil mengembangkan produk dari semula hanya anyaman Caping menjadi lebih bervariasi antara lain tas keranjang, tas parcel, dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu, pendapatan saya naik dari Rp 500.000 hingga Rp 2-4 juta per bulan,&#8221; ungkap Mamy, salah satu peserta yang berhasil dari Program Inkubasi Bisnis Batch 1, pelaku UMKM binaan PT Finanntara Intiga di Desa Mengkiang, Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mamy menambahkan, produknya kini telah merambah dari lokal desa menjadi ke beberapa daerah di Kalimantan. Saat ini pun Mamy telah menjadi binaan Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Kabupaten Sanggau, dan produk-produknya telah dipamerkan sampai ke luar negeri antara lain Malaysia, Jerman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mamy memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai salah satu keberhasilan pemasarannya melalui beberapa platform&nbsp;<em>marketplace<\/em>. Hal ini menjadi salah satu hal penting yang diajarkan pada saat pelatihan Inkubasi Bisnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diharapkan, para pelaku UMKM yang telah menerima ilmu melalui kegiatan ini akan menjadi pionir
