Usaha ini berdiri sejak tahun 2012, berawal dari keluhan pasien saat home care kedaerah nelayan. Tangkapan kepiting kecil-kecil dan cacat kaki patah. &#8220;Saya ajari di rebus baru ambil dagingnya saya yang membeli, waktu itu karena saya catering saya buat makanan untuk menu catering, makin hari makin banyak, maka saya berfikir diapakan agar bisa tahan lama. Akhirnya saya buat abon karena bisa tahan lama dan jangkauan pasar bisa lebih luas. Selain itu juga membangun mitra kerja&nbsp;dengan reseler, konsumen juga droper dan suplayer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk meminimalisir resiko komplain, maka meningkatkan kualitas citra rasa serta inovasi. Secepatnya menyelesaikan masalah dan menarik serta&nbsp;mengganti kerugian atau produk bila terjadi kesalahan\/cacat produk. Dan manfaat untuk Ibu Siti Samaniatun sendiri adalah pada saat UMKM lain belum mengenal bisnis canvas, kita sudah menggunakannya.
