What Do They Say?

From the IWPC class, I learned a lot about how to plan a mature, established & classy SME business. We still use the knowledge I gained at IWPC 13 in 2018 as a basis for my business with developments from further training that we took from various sources. Thank God, several goals, including the mission written during Mr. Dion's class (in 2018), are slowly starting to show results, because we (me & the team) are trying to be committed (not changing the business concept) even though there are many "storms" that have to be overcome. For me, WPC is a family that really supports my business in terms of business knowledge, motivation to develop, including nudging me hard when I do something that is inappropriate/deviant. In my experience, at the beginning it really made me irked (especially since I'm really from Jogja, Java), but over time this became normal, including when I met customers or competitors who were badmouthing our business, making me "don't think too much about" what other people said. (which makes our spirits down).

Joined WPC since 2020, it's full of ups and downs, it's fun when you find fellow female entrepreneurs who are struggling and want to learn to improve together, so you can share and support each other. business, especially from end user to customer prices. "Eh, all this time, if the HPP turns out to be found like this, I'm at a loss... (Here I feel like I'm going to cry), what kind of work do you do?! Haha... but we can progress further and be more formed into stronger women entrepreneurs in the future... lots of extraordinarily cool knowledge discussed by WPC mentors who are experts. Motivation from Mrs. Irma as the founder of WPC is always our guide to continue moving forward and take better steps in business. Thank you, Mrs. Irma and all WPC colleagues who always accompany women in business Indonesia to be more advanced and successful.
